Location was great for my city trip, just a short walk from main attractions! Staff were super friendly and welcoming and made me feel right at home. I especially LOVED the complementary breakfast buffet and Maori concert! Such a great way to start my day!
There were some issues with the room.
The aircon unit didn't work, and there were only two towels for three people.

The whole experience was very relaxing from start to finish, would definitely recommend. I loved it, the hotel is tidy, has first class staff and location. Atmospheric venue, 0.5 miles from Rotorua Regional airport. The bathroom was luxurious & the bedroom was twin.
