Eggs Benedict overlooking the Rotorua hills

I ate fresh eggs Benedict for breakfast while watching the geyser at Te Paia erupt from the common area window. I walked through the garden filled with hydrangeas and agapanthus during my afternoon strolls. A fridge sat in the common room for my use throughout the stay. I watched the sunrise over the volcanoes from my bedroom window after Louise pointed out the view.

Dining with a geyser backdrop

I ate warm croissants with cheese and bacon while looking out at the Pohutu Geyser from the living area. Althea arranged a Maori Hangi dinner with transportation for my party after I arrived early. I enjoyed cakes with Althea over tea in the afternoon. My room looked out at the Whakarewarewa geothermal park from the hill.

I dried my towels on the heated racks in the bathroom after watching the sun set from my balcony. My apartment overlooked the farm where I saw horses, cows, and sheep grazing throughout the day. I cooked meals using the salt and oil stored in the kitchen cabinets.
